I wasn't sure what to expect from this movie. Some friends liked it and some said, just okay, not as good as the original. I'm not a great Tom Cruise fan, but I like Tim Robbins, Dakota Fanning and Morgan Freeman. There was a bit of an Independence Day feeling to the movie, but no wisecracks or comic relief. It was even scary in parts. I must say I rather liked it and give it 4/5 acorns.
