This movie is about Maori brothers settling who will be the next leader and how their father's legacy will be carried on. The New Zealand scenary is a beautiful backdrop for the story. One brother has just returned from military duty and the other has gotten into the drug busines.
The relationship of the brothers and their relationships are not well developed, but the would have made the movie unecessarily long.
I found this movie beautifully filmed, moving, and interesting as well. I give it 3.5/5 acorns.
